Day Of Schedule
- 8 am - Fairest of the Fair Interviews
- 9 am Heart of TN Beauty Pageants Opens (0 months - 5th grade, Open to All Counties)
- 9:30 am - 12:45 pm - Heart of TN Beauty Pageants
- 12:15 - 12:45 pm - Registration Table is Closed
- 12:45 - 1:15 pm - Intermission
- Trousdale County Fair Pageants - Must be a resident of Trousdale County, 6th grade to 20 years
- 12:45 pm - Registration Opens for Trousdale County Fair Pageants
- 1:15 pm - 4:15 pm - Jr. Fair Princess, Fair Princess, Fairest of the Fair, and Ms. Senior Trousdale County Fair
These are the main rules for the Pageants.
Important Information:
1. Online registration (payment) opens on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 12am & closes on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 9am .
2. In person registration (payment) is available the day of the pageant & closes 15 minutes before scheduled pageant time.
3. Every contestant must turn in registration paperwork in person between 9am & 15 minutes before scheduled pageant time.
4. Registration closes promptly at designated times—no late entries accepted.
5. Entry Fee: $40. This includes all 5 optional categories.
6. If participating in the Most Photogenic category, a printed photo must be submitted the day of the pageant with registration
paperwork.
7. Attire: Pageant/Formal wear or Sunday Best.
8. Contestant’s age group is determined by their age on September 12, 2026.
9. All rules and decisions made by the Trousdale County Fair Board are final.
10. Proof of age may be required.
11. One adult admitted free per contestant. Admission is $5.
12. Residency in Trousdale County is not required for the Heart of TN Beauty Pageant.
13. Judges’ scorecards will not be shared with contestants or guardians.
14. Tea with the Queens will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 2:00pm – 4:00pm at the Hartsville United Methodist Church.
15. Pageant practice will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 6:00pm – 7:00pm in the Trousdale County High School
Auditorium. All contestants are encouraged to attend.
16. ATier Photography will be onsite capturing professional action photos throughout the day. Contestants and families will receive
access to a QR code on the day of the pageant to view and purchase photos. Photos will be available within 1 week of pageant.
Contestant winners will be posted on the Trousdale County Fair Facebook page and website.
17. The People’s Choice Award will be given in each age group. Votes are $1 each. The contestant with the most votes wins—be sure to
bring your cash and cheer on your favorite contestant!
