Fair Pageants

Important Information:

• Registration will be available online at TrousdaleCountyFair.org beginning Monday, August 26, 2024 and will continue until Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 12:00 midnight. Registration will also be available in person on the day of the contest Saturday, September 7, 2024.
• On Saturday, September 7, ALL registration Heart of Tennessee Youth Pageant groups will close at 10:00 a.m. The final registration for the Fairest of the Fair pageant will be 12 pm – 1 pm. All registration for the Fairest of the Fair groups will close at 1 pm sharp.
• Entry fee ($30 + special categories) must accompany registration.
• Pageant Practice (optional) for all pageant entrants is Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 6:30 pm in the TCHS Auditorium/Eleanor Ford Theatre.
• Attire may be pageant/formal wear or Sunday best.
• Each contestant’s age group is determined based on the age of the contestant as of September 7, 2024.
• All participants must abide by rules set by the Trousdale County Fair Board. All decisions of the board are final.
• The Trousdale County Fair reserves the right to require proof of age.
• One adult will be admitted free with each contestant.
• Pageant participants do NOT have to be residents of Trousdale County EXCEPT for the 16-21 age group. This winner of the Trousdale County Fairest of the Fair title will represent Trousdale County in the State Fairest of the Fair contest in January 2025 and cannot be older than 21 years of age by January 18, 2025.
• The Trousdale County Fair Board does NOT share the judges’ score cards with the contestant and/or parent(s)/guardian(s).
• If a contestant is participating in the Most Photogenic special category (optional), the photo will need to be printed and submitted with the contestant’s application.
