Important Information:

  • Registration is available online or in person the day of the event.
  • Registration closes promptly at designated times—no late entries accepted.
  • Entry Fee: $30 + any special categories selected.
  • Attire: Pageant/Formal wear or Sunday Best.
  • Contestant’s age group is determined by their age on September 6, 2025.
  • All rules and decisions made by the Trousdale County Fair Board are final.
  • Proof of age may be required.
  • One adult admitted free per contestant.
  • Residency in Trousdale County is not required for most age groups. However, the 16–21 age group must be
  • Trousdale County residents to represent Trousdale County in the State Miss Sweetheart Pageant in October 2025 in Crossville, TN.
  • Judges’ scorecards will not be shared with contestants or guardians.
  • If participating in the Most Photogenic category, a printed photo must be submitted the day of the pageant at the registration table.
  • Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will not be a Fairest of the Fair contest this year. The 2025 queen will represent Trousdale County at the State Fairest of the Fair Pageant in January 2026.
  • The 16–21 age
  • The group winner will compete in the State Miss Sweetheart Pageant in October 2025.
  • A pageant practice will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Trousdale County High School Auditorium. All contestants are encouraged to attend.
  • ATier Photography will be onsite capturing professional action photos throughout the day. Contestants and families will receive access to a QR code on the day of the pageant to view and purchase photos.
  • The People’s Choice Award will be given in each age group. Votes are $1 each, and the contestant with the most votes wins—so be sure to bring your cash and cheer on your favorite contestant!
  • NEW THIS YEAR: Contestants competing in the Miss Sweetheart Beauty Pageant will be required to
    participate in an in-person interview on Saturday, September 6th at 12:00 PM at Trousdale County High School. This addition is designed to help our Miss Sweetheart Queen feel more confident and prepared before representing us at the state pageant in Crossville, TN. An on-stage question will also be included during the
    pageant.
